I was a Dumb Ass & More on Pie Carriers

I've been on a bit of a blogging hiatus.  You see, I made a dumb ass move.  I blogged about my feelings towards the in-laws, then threw it out on Facebook.  In retrospect, this could have been done better, or not at all.  However, it is out there and I'm going to stand by what I said.  Those posts went down for a few days, but they're going back up today.  Because Mondays are a New Day.  Anyway, I take responsibility for being a Dumb Ass.  Seriously, my blog numbers went up and it was a moment of Sensational Journalism.   Like any sensational story, it bit me in the ass from an unexpected source.  I got tattled on.  That's right, someone went running to Bob and let him know that I was blogging this way.  So, there is my initial bad behavior.  Then there is more bad behavior in the form of tattling.  Needless to say, the Drama level around here was pretty high for a couple of days.  But, we've worked things out on the marital front and while there is a plethora of topics to rant about, I'm going to refrain.  I'm not usually known for my restraint, but I'm going to make an exception.  Why?  Because no one had the honesty/integrity/guts to talk to ME.  All I've heard has come second hand.  Through Bob. Which is a real shitty way to express one's dislike for my rants.  And pisses me off.  Which causes me to Unfriend Certain Family Members.  But, I'm going to let it go because really, it ranks up there with fighting over pie carriers....

...Speaking of pie carriers, in the midst of being tattled on, the story of why it was such a big deal came out.  I learned that both parties thought that the pie carrier was OURS!   That's right, it was given away twice, by the same person, who doesn't remember giving it away at all.  No wonder everyone had their panties in a twist about this. Mystery revealed, and I still own two pie carries that haven't been involved in a custody battle.
